Crickets. . . And Then She Cried

It has been seven years since coming face to face with my past. It has been seven years since torture, agony and distress flooded my mind as I recounted my journey of infertility, abuse, rape, insecurity, adultery, same gender relationship, and divorce. But thank God, it was followed by most importantly, RESTORATION. God did it for me and He’ll do it for you.

"I applaud Patricia for her bravery and courage to go where a lot of people who never dare to tread. . . openness and honesty about her past and her pain. It doesn't end there however, it ends with the joy and hope that we don't have to stary stuck in our past or our pain. God wants us to come boldly into the throne room in our time of need to obtain mercy and find grace (Hebrews 4:16) and that's exactly what this book portrays. We can be free if we run to Jesus. You can be free too?.

"Crickets. . . and Then She Cried presents a plethora of familiar scattered emotions that every woman, regardless of her path, can immediately relate to and connect with at deep levels. The descriptive transparent events, feelings and tears not only make this book a gripping read, but also provides an outlet for the reader to be ushered through her own healing process to wholeness in Christ Jesus".

"Crickets is a raw and revealing account of the author's traumatic journey, in search of acceptance and healing. Every page details the rejection, heart break, fear, and doubt that can shatter our faith, and make us abandon our purpose. But God! This is also a tale of triumph. Dulin's revelation that God has been her faithful companion throughout, gives readers hope. For anyone who has traveled this road, or even a mile or so of it, I challenge you to read this book, share it with others and allow the healing to begin."

"WOW. . . this book is real, raw, and vulnerable. I think a lot of people will relate to it. I personally have never gone through any of the things Patricia has gone through, but the book resonates with me just the same. The honesty and vulnerability of this book will help others open up, begin healing and start to walk in the freedom of God's promises and provision. The experiences discussed and the wisdom Patricia shared transcends any generational barriers".
